Story Clubhouse is honored to have so many talented people on board as writers, artists, actors, designers, etc. All helping to create our entertaining podcasts and to provide the extra fun and factual materials that accompany each episode.

Susanna is the host of the "Story Clubhouse" podcast and the "Searching for..." videos.
Story Clubhouse is a product of her desire to combine all the things she loves to do into one BIG project that will be fun and educational for children of all ages.
Susanna has loved to tell stories, draw, and act since she was little.
For many years, she worked with the Seem to Be Players, a professional children's theatre based in Lawrence, Kansas. With them, she toured 9 states and honed her talents as a performer and playwright. She also learned a wealth of fun songs for children.
Susanna then moved to New York City and began her second career as a writer and illustrator of books and plays for children. Her work includes the award winning picture book, "Not Afraid of Dogs."
Sarah Hightree, special guest, actor, collaborator
Sarah has been using her creative powers for years to decorate and redecorate her bedroom, design cards and presents, clothes, finger puppets and more. She is, in her own words, "a pleasure to be around." We must agree. Sarah is delightful to work with on Story Clubhouse projects. She has wonderful energy and a 'can do' spirit with which she approaches each new project.
Sarah is the special guest of the very first Story Clubhouse podcast: Dragons. She is also the Dragon in the "Searching for Dragons" video.
Soon, you will see her as Miss Crabgrass in "Searching for Turtles." A video coming out later this summer.
